These Terms & Conditions (together with our Privacy Policy and any other documents referred to on our website) set out the terms on which you may use vitabellaclinic.ie and purchase products from our online shop.
By accessing our website and/or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.

Eligibility
To place an order, you must be 18 years or older and able to enter into a legally binding contract.
Products & information
We take care to ensure product descriptions, images and pricing are accurate. However:
- Images are for illustration and packaging may vary.
- Product information is provided for general information only and does not replace professional medical advice.
- We may correct errors (including pricing errors) and, if this affects your order, we will contact you with options to proceed or cancel.
Pricing & payment
- Prices are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable, unless stated otherwise.
- Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
- Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using the payment methods available at checkout.
Placing an order
- When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy products subject to these Terms.
- You will receive an order acknowledgement email. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
- A contract is formed only when we send you a dispatch confirmation (or otherwise confirm acceptance).
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order (for example, where we suspect fraud, unauthorised activity, or stock/pricing errors).
Dispatch & delivery
We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Ireland: typically 3–5 working days (allow up to 10 working days depending on region and peak periods)
- Europe: typically 5–10 working days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by factors outside our control (for example, courier disruption, severe weather, or customs checks where applicable).
Incorrect address & failed delivery
Please ensure your delivery details are correct. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address or a failed delivery attempt, we may need to charge for re-delivery.
Right to cancel (EU “cooling-off” period)
If you are a consumer buying online, you generally have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason.
- The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you nominate) receive the goods.
- To exercise your right to cancel, email orders@vitabellaclinic.ie with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel.
If you cancel, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
Returns & refunds
Change-of-mind returns
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- Items must be unused, unopened and in their original packaging
- Any seals must be intact
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened, used or unsealed skincare/cosmetic products, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with your statutory rights.
Refund timing
- If your return is approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Where you validly cancel under the 14-day right to cancel, we aim to refund you within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or earlier where we receive evidence of return).
Return postage
- Change-of-mind returns: return postage is typically the customer’s responsibility.
- Faulty/incorrect items: we will cover reasonable return postage (or advise the simplest solution).
Gift cards / vouchers (if applicable)
If we offer gift cards or vouchers, any specific terms (including expiry and redemption rules) will be shown at the point of purchase and/or on the gift card page.
Promotions & discount codes
Discount codes:
- must be used in accordance with the offer terms shown at the time of issue
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- may be withdrawn or changed at any time
We reserve the right to refuse discount codes where we reasonably suspect misuse.
Acceptable use of our website
You agree not to misuse our website. This includes (without limitation) attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing viruses, scraping content, or using the website in a way that is unlawful or harms other users.
Intellectual property
All content on this website (including text, images, branding, logos and design) is owned by or licensed to VitaBella Clinic and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or exploit any content without our prior written consent.
Liability & disclaimers
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
Subject to that:
- We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example, loss of profits).
- Our products are sold for personal use only.
