This Shipping Policy explains how VitaBella Clinic processes and delivers orders placed via our website.

1. Delivery locations

We currently ship to:

• Ireland
• Europe

2. Shipping rates

Shipping is charged at a flat rate based on delivery location:

• Ireland: €7 flat rate (An Post)
• Europe: €22 flat rate (UPS)

3. Order processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. During busy periods, promotions, or public holidays, processing times may be longer.

Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email (and tracking details where available).

4. Delivery timeframes

Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

• Ireland (An Post): typically 1–3 business days after dispatch
• Europe (UPS): typically 3–7 business days after dispatch

5. Tracking

Where tracking is available, we will provide tracking details once your order has been dispatched. Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after dispatch.

6. Customs, duties and taxes (Europe)

If your order is being delivered outside Ireland, it may be subject to local customs procedures, duties, taxes, or import charges depending on your country’s rules. These charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees.

7. Incorrect address / failed delivery

Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or if delivery is unsuccessful, we may need to charge an additional shipping fee to resend the order.

8. Damaged, missing or delayed orders

If your order arrives damaged, if items are missing, or if your delivery is significantly delayed, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help.
