Quick Overview

Dispatch & delivery times

We aim to pack and dispatch orders within 1–2 working days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Delivery times then depend on your destination and local courier networks.

  • Ireland: typically 3–5 working days after dispatch (allow up to 10 working days during peak periods)
  • Europe: typically 5–10 working days after dispatch

These timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before ordering and we’ll do our best to advise.

Order tracking

Where tracking is available, we’ll send your tracking link by email once your parcel has been collected.

Returns at a glance

  • Change of mind: you can cancel/return an online order within 14 days of receiving it (subject to the conditions below)
  • Faulty or incorrect items: contact us and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible

Delivery

Where we deliver

We deliver to Ireland and selected European destinations.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are prepared with care and typically dispatched within 1–2 working days. During promotions or busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Estimated delivery times

Once dispatched, typical delivery times are:

  • Ireland: 3–5 working days (up to 10 working days depending on region and peak times)
  • Europe: 5–10 working days

Delivery costs

Delivery charges (if applicable) are shown at checkout before payment is taken.

Missed deliveries & address details

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge for re-delivery.

Delays outside our control

Occasionally, deliveries can be delayed due to factors outside our control (for example, severe weather, customs checks where applicable, or courier network disruption). If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us and we’ll help you locate it.


Returns

We want you to feel confident ordering from VitaBella Clinic. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

1) Change-of-mind returns (online orders)

If you’ve changed your mind, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it, in line with EU consumer rights for distance purchases.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging
  • Any seals must be intact
  • Items must be returned in a condition suitable for resale

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or unsealed (unless they are faulty).

2) Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or you received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours of delivery) with:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with your statutory rights.

How to request a return

Email us at orders@vitabellaclinic.ie with your order number and the reason for return. We’ll confirm the return address and next steps.

Return shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns: return postage is typically the customer’s responsibility
  • Faulty/incorrect items: we’ll cover reasonable return postage (or advise the simplest solution)

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • We aim to process refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or earlier where possible)

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest option is usually to return the original item (following the steps above) and place a new order.
