Cancellation, No-Show, Deposit & Review Policy
This policy sets out VitaBella Clinic’s cancellation, no-show, late-arrival, deposit and review rules. These policies protect clinician time
and help us provide a safe, fair service to all patients.
1. Deposits (appointments)
A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Deposits are used to reserve clinician time and are applied in line with the cancellation policy below.
2. Cancellation & rescheduling (all appointments)
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice for any reason will result in your booking being
forfeited in full and are non-refundable and non-redeemable.
3. No-shows
If you do not attend your appointment without notice, it will be treated as a late cancellation and will be
forfeited in full (non-refundable and non-redeemable).
4. Late arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to proceed with your treatment where possible. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to complete the treatment
safely or within the remaining appointment time. Your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled.
5. Review Policy (Antiwrinkle Treatment)
Reviews are not booked before Day 14 (unless there is a clinical concern that needs to be assessed sooner).
Results are still developing during the first 14 days, so reviews are not scheduled preventively, “just in case”, or in advance.

Reviews are for clinical assessment and dose adjustment where clinically necessary. Reviews are not for cosmetic “top-ups”.
Fees & timeframes
- Free review (Day 14–28 only): available only if clinically necessary (e.g., muscle movement still present / treatment hasn’t worked as expected).
- Paid review (€30): applies for cosmetic top-up requests, a second review, or any review requested after Day 28 (up to a maximum of 6 weeks).
- No reviews after 6 weeks: reviews are not offered after 6 weeks.
